.NET Sprach-Code Tabelle (en-US, en-GB, de-DE, etc.)
Beim Entwickeln von Anwendungen, oder beim Ausführen von Software wird oft der Sprachcode geprüft. Diese Codes sind ISO-Norm und somit weltweit gleich. Vor allem für die .NET Programmierung für Windows werden diese häufig benötigt.
Diese Codes geben an, welche Sprache verwendet wird, beziehungsweise in welcher Region man sich befindet. Der erste Block gibt die Sprache an, der zweite Block das Land in dem man sich befindet. In .NET ist das für die Anzeigesprache entscheidend.
Beispiel für Sprachcodes
Ein einfaches Beispiel: Auf einem deutschen Windows-Betriebssystem wird meistens der Sprach-Code de-DE verwendet. Das bedeutet, dass die Deutsche Sprache verwendet wird und man sich in Deutschland befindet. Allerdings gibt es auch den Code de-AT. Auch hier wird das Betriebssystem auf Deutsch verwendet, allerdings sitzt der User in dem Land Austria (Österreich).
Eine große Anzahl an Ländercodes gibt es auch für die Englische Sprache. Hier sind die Codes en-US (USA) und en-GB (Großbritannien) die Klassiker in .NET Anwendungen.
